PURPOSE OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Clandon Regis Golf Club occasionally takes photographs/videos of children participating in activities for the purpose of:
- Promoting the club in printed and online publications
- Club social media posts and website
- Internal club newsletters and noticeboards
- Local news outlets (with further consent if necessary)

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or filmed by Clandon Regis Golf Club for the purposes outlined above. I am aware that images/videos may be used in promotional materials both in print and online (including social media).
I understand that names will not be used in captions or associated with images without further explicit consent.
I understand I can withdraw this consent at any time in writing.
