My England Golf is the official handicap app. They receive data from the World Handicap System which offers England Golf members access to their golfing scores, profile, friends’ activity and relevant golfing notifications. This is for any golfer who holds a handicap. You will need your Membership number to register (your CDH number) which can be found in your IG profile or from your Handicap Secretary. The My EG app offers quick access to view your handicap index and has a useful course handicap calculator.
Visit the My EG Website to set up your My England Golf profile on any internet-enabled device, and download the app to your smartphone/device to get set up. Please search the app store for “My England Golf” to download.
If you don't have a Handicap Index, then please follow the instructions, depending on your committee:
Please speak to your Handicap Secretary, Alie Mitchison.
Play with another member who has a valid handicap; they will sign your scorecard and indicate which tees were played off. You can play 18 or 9 holes but you need to have a minimum of 54 holes. Once you’ve completed your cards please put them into the Men’s Handicaps draw in the office. When your scores are uploaded, you will be issued a handicap index by the Handicap Secretary, Ian Allen. You will be asked for it when you enter competitions at other golf clubs.
